HOUSE RULES

Check-in 16:00, Check-out 12:00, unless otherwise agreed.

The guesthouse reception is by prior reservation only.

Payment for services can be made via a prepayment invoice, on-site in cash, or by credit card.

In accordance with Estonian law, all guests must complete a visitor’s registration card.

The client must adhere to Estonian laws, staff instructions, and, if necessary, the police instructions.

The event organizer/representative is obligated to present the guesthouse house rules to all participants.

The event organizer is responsible for the actions of all attendees. If anyone in the group causes damage to the guesthouse, the client/event organizer will be held responsible.

Quiet hours in the guesthouse begin at 23:00 on weekdays and at 24:00 on Fridays and Saturdays, unless otherwise agreed.

When checking out, please return the room key to the main house.

If the booking is made by a company and the payment is to be made via invoice, a guarantee letter must be sent in advance.

If fireworks are to be used during an event, the time and location must be agreed upon with the staff in advance.

Catering is only available by prior reservation.

In the case of self-prepared or directly ordered catering, the client is responsible for the cleanup and waste management.

The guesthouse reserves the right to ask for a booking fee, which is non-refundable if the booking is canceled less than 5 days before the arrival date.

Sauna rental time is by prior arrangement only.

Rented rooms must be returned in the same condition as when they were provided. If furniture (chairs, tables, etc.) has been moved, it must be returned to its original position before check-out. Any decorations or items hung or placed in the guesthouse rooms must be removed before departure.

All kitchenware in mini-kitchens must be washed and placed back in the same location as upon arrival.

Events that are outside of control, vandalism, failure to comply with rules, or any similar actions will result in immediate termination of the event, with no refund provided.

PROHIBITED:

Pets are not allowed on the 2nd floor of the guesthouse.

Use of smoke or fog machines, open flames, including CANDLES, paper/chinese lanterns, and similar items in the event hall, rooms, or on the entire territory, without prior agreement.

Consumption of own alcoholic beverages and/or food in the guesthouse halls, sauna, terraces, unless explicitly allowed by the guesthouse.

Smoking in designated non-smoking areas, inside rooms, or on terraces.

Disposing of cigarette butts on the guesthouse premises.

Littering and pollution of the territory.

Throwing hygiene products, diapers, paper towels, and other trash in the toilet is strictly prohibited as we use a bio-waste treatment system!

Breaking, damaging, or destroying any property of the guesthouse.

Disturbing other guests or neighbors with loud music.

Use of personal electronic equipment (e.g., fridges, household appliances, sound systems, fog machines, lighting, etc.) without prior arrangement.

Swimming and fishing in the pond, unless permission has been obtained from the guesthouse.

FINANCIAL PENALTIES WILL BE APPLIED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

Intentional destruction, theft, damage, or misuse of guesthouse property (e.g., equipment, furniture, bed linen, towels, tableware, tablecloths, etc.) will result in a compensation charge to the client, with a minimum of 50€.

In case of loss of the guesthouse room key, a penalty of 50€ will be applied.

If vomiting occurs in the guesthouse’s interiors (toilets, showers, rooms, etc.) or on terraces, a penalty starting from 50€ will be applied.

In case of causing a blockage in the guesthouse toilets, a penalty will be applied depending on the situation and the costs of calling a technician, with a minimum of 100€.
